PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

After working for a major insurance company in Hartford for over eight years, in 1989 I began my career in the field of real estate appraisal. For over the past twenty-five years, I have gained valuable experience appraising a wide range of properties from single family and multiple residences, condominium units and multiple family residential properties

I have accumulated extensive experience and expertise conducting appraisals for properties involved in bank foreclosures in addition to conducting inspections for new construction to authorize incremental release of construction mortgages and verification.  I have also worked as a consultant for The Town of West Hartford for their 2011 Property Revaluation Project.  I am proud to bring my wealth of experience and dedication to customer service to my new company, Beachland Appraisal Services and look forward to serving the appraisal needs of our State.
